Which countries do you ship to and what are the shipping costs?
We currently only ship to Italy. All orders within Italy are shipped free of charge.

How long does it take to process and deliver orders?
Order processing time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Estimated delivery time is 5-9 business days (Monday to Friday).

How can I track my order?
After shipping, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled or changed before shipping. Contact our customer service team at info@stile-italiano.it for assistance .

What is the return policy and which items are excluded from returns?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Personalized items and underwear are excluded from returns.

How do I initiate a return or exchange? Contact us
by email at info@stile-italiano.it withyour order number and return details. Our team will provide you with an authorization and return label.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the return via the original payment method.

What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item? Contact us
immediately by email at info@stile-italiano.it witha description and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

What payment methods do you accept and how is the transaction protected?
 We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, MasterCard, Shop Pay, Visa.
